FE's Mindanao Leaders Summit and Achievers Recognition Dinner held on 30th October 2009 at the Grand Menseng Hotel was attended by many Leaders, Members and invited guests. Among the attendees were FE's Founder CEO Paul Ting, PD Pastor Art Medina, PD Joy Sta Teresa, PD Nathan Demecillo, PD Gloria Cuaresma ( also Nevada, USA State Licensee), PD Christian Baluran, ED Effren Fortuna ( who Emceed for the night), ED Em Torre, Jerome Vinarao ( President Center For Arts Foundation Philippines and now FE's social entrepreneur), superstar singers Pinky Marquez and Allan Dale.

Highlights Of The Event Include:

-     Performances by World Class Choir, the HIMIG Singers, winner of many world singing awards.
-     Welcome Speech by ED Em Torre.
-     "Hope For Children" presentation by PD Art Medina. Art took the audience down memory lane and narrated the beginnings of FE's "Hope For Children" starting with FE's "Christmas For Payatas" Charity programme last year. Art also played the video of how FE contributed during the recent devastation caused by Typhoon Ondoy in Manila. It was enlightening to see how far FE has grown in a period of just one year! Well done, Art!

-     Presentation by Center For Arts Foundation Philippines' President Jerome Vinarao. The Center For Arts Foundation is organising a HUGE concert event for 10,000 people called " Echoes Of Dreams" at Araneta Coliseum, Manila on 30th November 2009. This event is to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Foundation and will be graced by many of Philippines superstars and world class entertainers including Lea Salonga, Pinky Marquez, Allan Dale, Dindong Dantes, Myrus, Cory Quirino, etc. It will also feature a Guiness World record of the largest children's choir ( 1,200 children from "Hope For Children" Choir) performing live in a concert!  FE is proud and honoured that FE's "Hope for Children" is featured as a major part of the show.

-     Speech by FE Founder CEO Paul Ting, who in his usual open and frank manner, spoke passionately on FE's core principles of Integrity, Competency and Compassion. Paul also spoke on the need for Committment ( taking the business seriously), acting with Velocity, have a sense of Urgency and learning how to Delegate and Duplicate, in order to succeed.  Paul went on to share on FE's Blue Ocean Strategy of Social Entrepreneurship and how it is opening doors and new markets for FE, markets that normally shy away from MLM. It is a Blue Ocean indeed for FE!

-     Mock Cheque presentations to Mount Apo Lions Club and co- beneficiary "Love The Children" Foundation ( Pesos 150,000),  NCCC Cares Foundation ( Pesos 150,000).- More details in following News and Events.

-     Speeches by Mount Apo Lions Club President, Myla, "Love The Children" Foundation President Cindy Chua who brought tears to many in the audience with her video presentation and NCCC Cares Foundation President, Lafayette Lim.

-     Song by the children (orphans) from "Love The Children" Foundation.
      
-     Song by Pastor Orlando Macaspac, who sang his own composition "Cries of Children". FE is proud to have someone of Pastor Orlando's calibre joing FE as a social entrepreneur.

-     Songs by superstars Pinky Marquez and Allan Dale. It was a world class performance and the audience experienced it right here in Davao ! The thunderous applause says it all ! Thank you, Pinky and Allan ! We are very proud to have you with us!

-     Recognition of Directors, Executive Directors and Presidential Directors. Congratulations to all!

-     Speech by new PD Christian Baluran.Christian, who was a former Dean Of Medicine at the Philippines School of Technology and Institude in Davao, gave a truly inspirational account of how he overcame obstacles and succeeded to become a PD in FE. We are very proud of your achievement!

A BIG thank you to all the Leaders who made the Event a GREAT SUCCESS !  A BIG thank you also to Leader Sunny Tan (who owns a chain of 9 restaurants in Davao) for hosting a sumptious lunch, including the legendary Filipino delicacy,crispy lechon de leche (roast suckling pig), for the leaders the following day!
